How much more do I pay per month if I want more than one TV hooked up to satellite?

The rule of thumb is that you add $5 per month for each additional television with a satellite connection. The first TV is always free monthly. The one exception to this rule would be if you have a Dish Network dual tuner receiver which is continuously plugged into a phone line in which case you are only charged one $5 fee per four TV's.
